My new case, motherboard and power supply should be delivered today via UPS,

I ordered the same case and motherboard as you but went with the 850 watt power supply.

Should be able to use my old processor I7 2600 quad core and maybe over clock it.

My old memory should also work 8meg.

Now I need to save up for a nice video card, more and faster memory, and maybe a water CPU cooler.

Thank you for your post and pictures. Good stuff.

Very nice man! I'd very much like to see your rig when you get it together! The case is absolutely beautiful and I think that you will love that bad boy! xD

Now you just need to upgrade that shitty second monitor now. That thing looks so out of place.....  ^_^

I know haha. I am not going to get another monitor until I am in college because I am not sure how much space I will have in my dorm. I will get an apartment next year and then I will get a new monitor for sure.

If you get the chance to do so then go for it! I am extremely happy with it.

I figured you would be. I have two of them and they are amazing. I spend 10+ hours looking at them usually because it is what I do all my work and coding on as well (in vertical mode) and they never strain my eyes at all.

I do notice how much brighter it is than my other monitor based on the default settings, you just need to calibrate it. I just stick with the default modes that it offers such as theater mode for web browsing and game mode for well... gaming. :D
