So, my old chair was giving me a serious case of numb butt after sitting for a few hour game session, so I decided that it was time to get a new chair. However, i'm too cheap to go out and buy one when I have a perfectly good recliner in my bedroom, so i ended up moving my computer to my room, and hooked it up to my TV. Then i decided that i missed my speakers, so i made a mountain of them behind the TV, and put my old monitor right on top!
The monitor wasn't quite tall enough to go ontop of the TV, so I found an old book that was the perfect height for the job
Here's what it looks like with the TV infront of them:
To get the keyboard and mouse over to my chair, I ended up using my trusty USB Teddy plugged into an extension for a wireless receiver for a mouse.
Now i need something to put my keyboard and mouse on, so i went to the garage and found a piece of wood that fits perfectly across both arms, It's a little crude, but i think if I sand it and give it some clearcoat, It will look better.. Whenever I get up I just pick up the whole board and set it on the stool next to my chair.
This chair is a true master chair, it's so comfy its ridiculous! Here's what it looks like when you're in it:
As for my microphone setup, it's probably due for an upgrade,
It used to be part of a headset, but it broke off, so i just stuck it to my bedpost with a clothespin, and it still kind of works, haha

I actually highly recommend this adapter if you are thinking of using wifi, the antenna is amazingly good, in my room my phone only gets 2 bars of wifi, and if you hold it against the far wall, it actually gets disconnected, so when i bought this adapter, i figured i might as well buy a booster as well, but when i plugged the adpter into my computer i get 4 bars of wifi, and it actually picks up on my neighbors wifi, who lives about 1/4 mile away from me! So the booster was kind of a waste of money, but i still use it so i can get good signal with my phone anyway haha.

These speakers are a force to be reckoned with, if i'm not careful, and i have the volume cranked up a little too loud, they start walking on the dresser and will eventually fall off. I actually put some rubber pads under them to help them stick and dampen some of the vibrations, but they are just kind of overkill haha. They are the main reason i keep my mic muted in teamspeak, they just overpower everything the mic could pick up, and deafen people in the channel haha. I know commy and a few other people from the battlefield squad got to hear it first hand what it's like when its unmuted and they weren't very thrilled haha
I actually didn't spend any money on the sound system, I just ended up commandeering my dad's home entertainment system, and soldered up an adapter from 3.5mm jack to AV from an old xbox cable, and some shot earbuds.
and before you comment about it, yes, i know that's an ugly dresser hahaha!
